Not perfmon, but--A couple of tools from MS that might help you troubleshoot:

this replaces IIS exception monitor)

Subject: Question about ASP.NET perfmon counters

Greetings:
We have an ASP.NET app that runs on an IIS6 (server 2003 SP2/R2) web server
that periodically is crashing. An IIS reset always fixes it. Would anyone
happen to know some good perfmon counters to look at to troubleshoot the issue?
Or some asp counters we should keep an eye on to ensure the server is not
getting to hit to hard? I know what counters to look at for standard windows
performance, and the servers do not seem to be overloaded from that standpoint
which is why I'd like to narrow the focus to IIS and ASP.NET in particular.

Thanks,
MM
