Aways does and has for years.  In the past I have seen few ads from
Microsoft bashing any OS not that they would not love to do so.

Thanks we are suppose to hear shortly and she is on pins and needles waiting
to hear.  I really pray she gets in.  It is something she has wanted for the
last couple of years and has worked hard to get to this point.
