Yep, there are plenty of paper shredding companies, and usually they
don't mind if a cd or cassette is mixed in with the paper, but they may
charge extra for large amounts of tapes like that.  

 

Also an option, there may be a destruction facility that has an
incinerator near you.. At most destruction places you schedule a time to
dump your own stuff and watch it burn, not sure about the cost though.
