You need to activate the TS server.  Requires a name and address.  No license 
involved there.

The licensing component comes when the client connects and the TS hands out a 
temporary license or a user/computer license.

 

Just activate your TS server, and make sure you have a TS licensing in 
add/remove programs installed.  On A DC.

Are you asking how to avoid the warning. I don't thing it is advisable. 
Everybody in the companty has to know that a license should be acquired.

Maybe this is not ethical question but nevertheless I'll be presumptuous to ask:

 

Is there any tripping alternative solution for this irritating error below :

 

The terminal server licensing grace period is about to expire on dd/mm/yyyy and 
the service has not registered with a license server with installed licenses.  
A terminal server license server is required for continuous operation.  A 
terminal server can operate without a license server for 120 days after initial 
start up.
