Hi Rod, You might want to use a vendor such as Consistent Computer Bargains (CCB) who already services a bunch of non-profits. They will tell you what you need to order. Non-profit and education is definitely lower pricing than regular retail. I included the contact I use, I'm sure she could assist or point you to who your rep would be.
