Sorry guys, long day... Its SQL 2000, so:

MS SQL 2000
Database Maintenance Plans
        1. All Databases (this includes everything I would need in the event of 
a catastrophic failure and needed to rebuild the machine?)
        2. No Optimizations
        3. Check Integrity, include indexes, perform before backup
        4. Backup db's as part of the plan with verify
        5. Logs as well

I have put everything in one directory, does this sound sane?
