Depends on if it really is a Nuc that is having the issue, or in this
case the substation is part of the Nuc.  If it is the one FEEDING power
to the nuc then they have to bring the system down.  No choice.  If it
is one on the outbound leg with the issue then it is up to the company
and would depend on where in the leg it is.

Defintely sounds like a mess down there in South Flordia, I hope they
get the power-straightened around for you sooner than later. If not just
