Oh, golly - where to start... Well, how about naming a publisher? O'Reilly and Associates, to win.
Authors and titles? Well, that depends on what your interests are. But www.ora.com is a really good place to start. Favorite place to buy technical books? www.bookpool.com, without a doubt. I've used them for years, and they are 95% of the time much cheaper than Amazon, or B&N. Excellent customer service too. Lots of good sales, too.
