Getting an error While replicating between Domain Controllers:

When I go into AD Sites and Service and try to replicate, this dialog box comes
up.

The Following Error occured during the attempt to syncronize the naming context
lab.domain.local from Domain controller ACI-MDC-1 to Domain controller
ACI-PDC-1. Sync attempt failed because the Destination DC is waiting to
syncronize new partial attrubutes from source. This condition is normal if a
recent Schema change modified the partial attribute set. The Destination
partial attribute set is not a subset of source partial attribute set.

Here is the output from DCDIAG:

   Testing server: Default-First-Site-Name\ACI-MDC-1
      Starting test: Replications
         * Replications Check
         REPLICATION LATENCY WARNING
ACI-MDC-1: This replication path was preempted by higher priority work.
            from ACI-PDC-1 to ACI-MDC-1
Reason: Synchronization attempt failed because the destination DC
is currently waiting to synchronize new partial attributes from source. This
condition is normal if a recent schema change modified the partial attribute
set. The destination partial attribute set is not a subset of source partial
attribute set.
The last success occurred at 2008-01-03 10:49:44.
Replication of new changes along this path will be delayed.

ACI-PDC-1 holds all 5 FSMO roles. Lab.domain.local is the child domain, and
has 2 DC's.

Does anyone have any idea whats going on here, how I should trouble shoot thism
what my steps to resolution are?

Thanxs in advance,

Jeremy
