Isn't that exactly the benfit of using a service. We are using MS
Exchange Hosted service and I can't recall when the last time I had to
"manage" it. But what the heck, if they are willing to pay :)

Because our clients have neither the time nor inclination to manage such
things - thats why they pay us to do their IT rather than do it
themselves.
