Yeah, pick a school that doesn't require the GMAT  :)

I got my MS from U of Md and no GMAT required.  Luckily while I was in the
program, they even came up with an option of taking extra classes instead of
a thesis.  I can tell you I jumped on that option immediately so they
couldn't change their mind.
