I'm not alone in that misinterpretation - others recommending POPBeamer and
POPCon read it the same way.
 
Posters, if you can write your question in a single sentence, you haven't
written enough.

I think you are thinking of the SBS POP3 Connector (that lets you pull down
mail from another POP3 server into your SBS Exchange server). Exchange
itself has its own POP3 /server/
