Can anyone recommend a small app that will allow me to check the flow of emails through a mail server? Ie will send a test email to an address, then use pop/imap to check that that email has been received, perhaps using a unique code in it's subject line to identify each attempt. It would need to be able to do this every xx mins etc and to alert via email or something when an email is sent but isn't received in a certain amount of time.
