Anyone out there with a support contract with Guardian Edge? We're considering upgrading to the latest version, but have run into a problem between that and Kingston's Data Traveler Secure - Privacy Edition flash drives. I'd like to find out from GuardianEdge if the problem is resolved, but we don't have an active support contract.
