Thank you for your responses.  Unfortunately disabling SNMP did not solve the 
problem so I will continue to search for a resolution.  As for the Print 
Spooler stoppages - some of the physical printers associated with some queues 
had been changed and the Print Spooler chokes when it finds these changes thus 
some workstations and all servers needed the Print Spooler Service restarted.
