Ok, I completely followed and love the discussion about the Broadcom
nics.  Some of my Dell servers have them and making the tweaks did fix
some issues that I had been having.

 

My question, if I've got the Broadcom nics and the optional Intel nics
and I'm only using the Intel nics would it have any effect to make the
Broadcom tweaks?

 

I fully understand that I could test it and see if I can divine any
difference but that's pretty low on the priority list right now.
