Thanks for the hints! To be honest, I never worked with sharepoint before and I'm charged to merge 3 servers into a single one. There is one 1.0 and two 2.0 that will be moved to 3.0. I'm reading as much as I can to learn the product as well as the way to migrate/merge sites on another server. As of now, it seems that there is no "easy" way to achieve this.
