We also run it W2K03, Ent, 64-bit, SP2 with SQL2005 SAN connected...no issues at all...Just make sure you run windows update as it should catch it all. Also, ensure you upgrade all of your system firmware (BIOS, controllers, etc), and you should be fine.

I just realized that WSUS 2.x doesn't update 64 bit OSs, so I'm doing them manually. My greater concern is SP2.
