Well it worked like a champ on my HP... and I believe (like said below) that it should work on any controller.
Make sure you have a backup on hand! FYI - to give you an idea of time... I replaced (4) 72GB U320 15k drives w/ (4) 300GB U320 15k drives. Each drive took 30 minutes to rebuild. This was on a controller w/ 128BBWC and set to "high priority" for rebuild. Also done off-hours (no load on the server) I have not expanded the array to utilize the extra space yet though. One procedure was to pull one drive, replace it with a bigger one, let the array rebuild. Continue this process until all drives are replaced, then use diskport to expand the volume.
