I have this on a couple of users using pop mail with their iphone. Ive asked to see the phone to see if it says delete mail older than 2 weeks or something, but haven't looked at it yet. Its definitely something just wiping out 14 day old mail, every day its cleaned up. Could be autoarchiving or something, but the 2 people its happening too both happen to have iphones so not sure if that's it but it's the only common denominator.
