Are both networks in the same domain? I think they may have to be, otherwise you may have authentication issues
Does bridging the connections help in any way? -----Original Message----- From: Rankin, James R [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: 18 March 2008 14:50 To: NT System Admin Issues Subject: RE: shared resource Is this a Windows box you are trying to configure as a bridge? -----Original Message----- From: Dennis Melahn [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: 18 March 2008 14:14 To: NT System Admin Issues Subject: shared resource I am trying to connect a box between 2 networks. I need both networks to have access to the info on the hard drives. The box has 2 nics and I can configure them so each is on it's own network. However, when I do this it seems one gateway takes over and only that network can access the shared resouces. Can this config even work? Is there a right way to do this?
