One server, separate scopes for each subnet, DHCP helper setup on your
router for the subnets not local to the DHCP server. Only one NIC
necessary.

Can you use one Microsoft  DHCP server to assign 3 different subnets to
3 different VLANS?

 

Or do I need a seperate Microsoft  DHCP server on each VLAN?
