One of the early hits suggested trying an F6-repair reinstall after 
restoring to the SATA drives.

Another hit said this wouldn't work, and to try the following:

    Blue screen during Windows Setup in repair mode. : blue, screen, 
    during, windows

    Go into the bios of the new board and take the sata 
    controllers out of native mode (they call this different 
    things on different boards could be compatibility mode or raid 
    mode) but there should be an option for your sata controllers 
    to look like ide controllers and allow you to finish the 
    repair installation
