I like supercacls - if only for the name.actually it was quite good last
time I used it (probably about seven years ago)

 

I also find subinacl an interesting option

ScriptLogics Security Explorer will do this via  a GUI if you do not want to

I know this has been discussed before but I can't seem to find it in the
archives.  We have some old home directories that have only the user of that
directory with permissions and ownership for their home directory.  We want
to add domain admins to have full control on those directories.  Also the
checkbox to inherit perms is checked on all of these.

 

Could someone please tell me a good tool to do this.  Can be either gui or
command line.
