Im writing this for two reasons. After arguing in email a few times, we are told that even though we have 2 Castelle Faxpress Premier Units (about 25k each) we need to spend another 2000.00 to obtain a copy of the software because they don't support it anymore so therefore Im not able to buy it I have to buy the upgrade or locate it on my own.
Ive never been a huge fan of their product but am trying to support one that is about 2 years old. Does anyone happen to have Faxpress Premier 3.x of which we are licensed? Castelle told me Im welcome to get a copy from anywhere I can find it (that's their official response).
