Well, the pressure is off, the trip has been delayed. But the question remains. Has anyone out there run into this situation? Or, is there another product that may be cheaper to purchase and use that would be as easy/easier than Ghost? Can't do open source though, for some reason my boss doesn't like "free" products. We have a project to re-image a bunch of Vista machines into XP. We have an XP image setup and ready to go, but here's the problem. We've installed the Ghost client on the Vista machine. However, the Ghost Console is not finding the Vista machine. Does anyone have experience with this, and is it an issue with Vista, or is there something else going on? We are looking to upgrade our Ghost, but that's not a viable answer at the moment, as we need a solution for this today, or a trip to the remote office gets cancelled.
