I like to give them an actual email from a client and then
Have them trouble shoot it by asking me questions as if I
Was the client. I already know the outcome.
Email: My email is disappearing. Joan
Answer: Roaming profile, left open on another machine
That has deliver set to a pst that is local.
This allows me to see what their thought process is
As they start asking me questions to try and clarify.
I don't mind that they do not get the right answer, I do
Want to know how resourceful they are.

We are interviewing for a desktop support position - not an "entry
level" spot, but someone with a couple years experience. I would LOVE to
have a clever, unexpected, yet relevant-to-the-position question. Do you
guys have anything I can use?
