All, Is there any way I can grant my developers permissions to register dll files to their local machine with out giving them local admin privies? They are using the Gacutil from VS 2008 to try to register them. All of their computers are XP SP2 fully patched and are in a Windows 2000/2003 domain. I have done some Google Fu and I have not come up with anything that works. Any ideas would be great.
