Can't you just not apply the GPO to whatever GPO the user is a member of? I forget... is it a password policy or a screen saver policy that has to be set at domain level?

Is there a way to specify one ONLY if the user hasn't already specified one? I'd like to have my user be able to choose their own screensaver and only specify one if none is selected. If we specify one in the GPO it forces it for everybody. Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?
