This is why I'm working on my Master's in MIS, with a focus on
management (the university gives you a choice of a management focus or a
technical focus).

I enjoy having my hands on the technology, and don't want to completely
stop that. But I do want to scale back, and spend more time overseeing
technicians and making policy. I enjoy that.

Really, I'm looking for more ideas of where to go from here. Right now
I'm a "Sr. Systems Administrator". Is this as high as people go, or is
there another step?
