Mark, I've used Wise in the past with great success and I would use Group policy to distribute the MSI as needed, if those web servers are in a domain. Other (domain) options are SMS/SCM to distribute but I'll defer to TVK on those system management platforms. I've never used a 3rd party tool to distribute packages to non domain servers but a logon script is the first thing that comes to mind.
