I'm no script guru but for simple stuff I've used AutoIT at www.autoit.com
You have a variety of file operation option with that tool.

Subject: find mp3's on c drive

Guys

Looking for a script to loop through a number of computers c:\'s and find mp3
files.

not being a scripting person much, id thought id go to the masses on this, it
would seem a fairly common thing i would have thought. I have fsrm and we do
file screening on h:\ and other shares but our setup also means that they need
to have write access to c:\

feel free to ping me offline if needed.

Thanks

Greg
