  "System" is the task that handles the registry, so if a user process
is holding the user's registry open, then System will show as having
the registry hive file open.  If CTFMON.EXE is holding the registry
open, that would make sense.  In my experience, CTFMON likes to cause
odd-ball problems, so that might not be that far fetched.
