Does anyone know offhand if there a low cost or open-source server
software
out there which can act as an IM server? Probably any protocol that
the
Pidgin client can use would be fine. LDAP integration would be a big
plus,
for AD integration.

I've looked into the offerings from MS and their servers seem too
expensive
for a small biz.
