Googleing around, I see that Robocopy traffic can be throttled, but I
can't seem to find out how. I'm using a WAN link, and don't care to
flood it.

Rsync/DeltaCopy can handle this, but I don't have good luck with the
products, and I am opting to switch to something a little more native to
Windows.

I see there is the :RH switch to specify run hours... That helps, but
not really what I am looking for.

I then see that I can use /IPG:n switch to specify an Inter-Packet Gap
of n Milliseconds. Great, but further reading leads me to believe that
IPG doesn't work on all network connections...

Any RoboCopy gurus willing to shine some light on this for me?

Thanks,

Sam
