This is a single domain. Copying the shares as well would be a plus. They are both Windows 2003. I am moving this to an ESX VM and there were issues on the physical server that gave me pause of doing a P2V. I have used Secure Copy in the past and it worked very well. I found this http://www.winzero.ca/MSVR-Migrator.htm and it might be a better fit since the users home folders are on our existing file server and it claims to be able to take care of it. -- Mike Sullivan [EMAIL PROTECTED] ~ Upgrade to Next Generation Antispam/Antivirus with Ninja! ~ ~ <http://www.sunbelt-software.com/SunbeltMessagingNinja.cfm> ~
