Please forgive my tired brain, it's 4AM over here :) But if you know of an existent group that's included on all folders' ACL then your idea will work. Otherwise I don't see how to do that without adding a new entry to the current permissions list on all the folders tree. Another utility that comes in mind is admnalow.exe but it's a little more intrusive. Hope that helps.
