I'm testing moving my 10d bue to new hardware. I followed a couple of Symantec docs and I can see all of my devices/jobs and histories but I can't seem to get the B2D folders to show up. I robocopied just the folder structure to the same drive letters as the old server but still nothing.
The docs keep saying to write down the path for the B2D folders. Is there no way to do this except re-add them manually? Is this better done using version 11 or 12?
