I received this error this morning on one of my workstations, and am a little confused by the KB article that came up:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/838184 This describes what I am seeing, but the fix doesn't seem like a real solution. My network is small, around 50 clients. So connections to the SAM exceeding 1024 makes wonder what the problem is. How can I find out what all these connections are?
