As a stand-alone email client, Outlook has some issues, some of which can be quite maddening. But as Mr. Schaefer points out, Outlook is far from the worst offender. Notes has held a top spot in the Bad User Interface Hall-Of-Shame for at least a decade now, and it never seems to get any better.
