Did it work before? Netbios over TCP/IP enabled? Append dns suffix enabled?

Well, I can't do this. I can't even ping <domain name> while consoled into eith of my DCs. Obviously, DNS is what I'm looking at but I wanted to see if anyone had come across this before...
