Don't forget to take session management into account if you go with a load balanced solution. You didnt mention what your site was written in (it looks like Classic ASP) or if user state is maintained but that can be a pain if you use, for example, ASP session variables because they won't be shared across machines.

Alos is it best to have the content be on a Raid 1 disk set?
