Yeah I cant see the power savings of investing in a software to automatically start up/power off systems for pushing patches to offset the cost in power savings unless you are talking about hundreds of computers.
Right now they are on all week, and if I remember to send the email out on Friday at 3:30 to remind them to shut down then maybe they go off over the weekend.
