You can remove it via Add / Remove Programs However the out-of-the-box policies for SEP are quite a pain and need to be tested thoroughly before deploying them. I can't find where it blocks editing of the hosts file, if anyone knows the location with the admin console I would be grateful (not to hijack your thread or anything)
