1) I don't like FrontMotion's MSIs - they have too many differences
between the official mozilla.org binaries and distributions - included
plugins and what not. Therefore, I make my own. Takes about 15 minutes.
I also make my own MSIs for Thunderbird and Seamonkey. My MSIs mirror
the setup procedure followed by the official installers as closely as
possible.

2) That much is easy once you get MSIs for deployment ;)

3) There are ways of doing it; a guy by the name of Mark Sammons created
some JavaScript that can be put in the FireFox startup scripts that will
read the registry settings from {HKCU,HKLM}\Software\Policies and apply
them to the Firefox configuration.

This is the procedure FrontMotion uses; my MSIs have the same JavaScript.

The Firefox Corporate Project (http://fxcorp.sanduskycomputers.com/ -
web site down, I have the files archived) created some much more
advanced adm templates. Sadly, they are incomplete.

Unfortunately, all of that broke when FF 3 was in beta, I haven't tried
it with the final release.
