I had a similar issue.  Turns out the wrong ISA console was installed on
the PC.  Reinstalled the correct console and Viola.

        Yeah you have to be local or domain admin to make changes to the
box. Temporarily could you use something like "GoToAssist" to get the
box?  I assume you have a local or domain admin account of course.
