What am I missing: Vendor for crappy app says you need the following ports open to allow access to a web based activex web site. He doesn't even know if its udp or tcp for the list of ports.
I write an acl for each port for both udp/tcp and wait overnight to see what happens as people access it. In the morning, they all say it works so I look at the hit count and deduce all but tcp/www was unused. I dump all those with hit count=0 and now it doesn't work. So I put them back thinking I missed something. Guy emails me and says it works again, I am looking at the hitcount and its 0 for everything I removed?
