You need to get the total btu's your room is generating. Add the max wattage from all devices in the room and multiply by 3.5 to get the btu's your equipment is generating. Give this to your a/c vendor to find the right system for your room.
If really want to get into a finer level of detail, there are multipliers to calculate the btu's for the square footage of the room, lights, windows,...
