Hoping someone may have some ideas on this. My manager has created a new template document, for system change requests. She has saved it as a .dot, etc. This is not the first time she's done this type of task, but it is the first with the following issue: She can open it, fill in the fields, etc. and Save As... Others can open it, fill in the fields etc. but can't Save As or plain Save. There's just no response from Word at all, as if you had not clicked the button. This document has been copied into another folder, with same results. Any ideas?
