Following that info googled x2upB3.dll and got one result
http://support.citrix.com/forums/thread.jspa?forumID=8&threadID=101319 which
mentioned that a xerox driver update from Microsoft caused ICA client to
crash.

Deleted my Xerox printer drivers and I am working fine for 10 minutes now.

So need to remember no Xerox printers with Vista ina TS2008/Citrix
Envionment.
